sweet gift

I was surprised with a sweet gift yesterday, a book on the history of fashion. It's full of rich fashion imagery throughout time, from the 18th to the 20th centuries, showing closeup photos of fabric textures, dressed models, artwork concentrating on clothing, accessories, and even some sepia photos from long ago.
