engrossed

saw this guy in the book store, wrapped up in another world. It's how I felt waking up this morning, in the groggy mist of morning, wondering what, who, and where I am. It doesn't take long to remember, but in those moments, anything feels truly possible.

  1. Cool. Printmaking? Is that what he was reading, or some reference to imprinting the world every morning?

    I've got a friend that's looking for some cool printers to buy some pieces from.

  2. the text is ancient, and talks about the first printed books, so it was probably run through the printing press with hand-stamped letters, and even the "stamp" at the top, I'm sure was also created with lead in reverse to be printed with the words.

    Can't say that I know too many printmakers though...
