my book is done!

My first children's book is finished today! Well, at least the mock-up stage. I'm so excited about it - it looks great and I'm way proud of the hard work...many months of it to come to this point. It's a great feeling. So I got all excited about what I can do with the next few days of spare time, and I want to try my hand at making a cat. I've been working out ideas for the pattern, and got some pretty, soft wool at the store today. I can't wait!
