I've been playing with ornamental sketches, and mixing the decorative motif into my latest and final project. It's sort of another bee project, only because it seems to sum up my time in school, busy bee kind of theme. Not exactly sure how this one will finish, but I've prepared 5 hexagons for my "hive", and this first one I stenciled on a design from the Etruscan time period (ancient greek kind of design). It's been fun looking through the Grammar of Ornament book, and I had fun sketching out the patterns.
