Our Very Own House?

A perfect house has been spotted today, and it is miraculously within our price range! It is so perfect. It has a huge backyard area that is wooded area, and probably will never be gutted because of the lay of the land. There is a ton of space for my very own garden, and the area around has been landscaped, so there are beautiful blooming trees and bulb flowers coming up. The house needs some repairs, and is small. It's so perfect. It's calling. And the neighborhood is full of such nice houses with old forest that holds bird nests and a small creek behind the secluded space of the backyard. It's so perfect. And it's so close to the city, yet feels so peaceful and separate from it. I really hope this one is meant to be
