Finished painting today. Can't believe the amount that I bit off here. I guess I don't know my own limitations still. Got a fan to blow away all the turpentine smell from right under my nose. I kept getting about 2 inches away trying to paint all the detail, and gave myself a headache right away. I wonder if the background needs paint sometimes...
Nice- did you paint the bellybutton/tummy or is that a natural knot in the wood?
ReplyDeletethat's funny you notice the tummy in between those horns. No one else has yet from the people I've asked. Yeah, I painted it, and I wanted it to be subtle. Maybe I did it too subtle...
